When Sharon Drake and Nathan Madden took over the business in October 2008, they did so with a view to continuing the wonderful legacy that Steve and Judy Johnson had established.
Sharon and Nathan, with a combined total of 23 years at JJ's, saw the business become the success it is today. The establishment is a place where people can pop in for a coffee and pastry, sit down for a tasty gourmet lunch from the wood-fired pizza oven or enjoy a full dining experience while partaking of some of Tasmania's best wine. It provides an historic venue for all sorts of functions from weddings and christenings to business and club meetings. All are fully catered for with the award wining JJ's cuisine.

The staff are friendly and helpful professionals, most of whom have been with JJ's for many years. There are 28 casual and full time staff.
