new whe nthey
bought the old
Longford mill
whch was attached
to their bakery.
Their dream was
to create an establishment
which would serve
as a place to
nip in for a quick
coffee and pastry,
sit down for a
tasty gourmet
snack from the
wood fired pizza
oven while enjoying
a glass or bottle
of some of Tasmanias
best wines as
well as creating
a venue for family
celebrations on
special occasions.
Steve
and Judy are adamant
that their success
is mainly due
to the fact that
even though they
own the business,
they still play
an important rolein
overseeing the
